How to raise a complaint if you are unhappy with how Beffer has handled personal data.

Before You Complain
Beffer handles buyer enquiries, supplier quote desk cases, forwarded RFQs, files, account data and operational email records. If something looks wrong, tell us what happened and which email address, company, RFQ reference or case reference it relates to.
How to Raise a Data Protection Complaint
Email privacy@beffer.co.uk with the subject line Data protection complaint.
Please include:
- Your name and contact email.
- The company or account the complaint relates to, if relevant.
- Any Beffer reference, RFQ reference, supplier name or buyer email that helps identify the case.
- A clear description of what you think has gone wrong.
- What outcome you are asking for.
What Beffer Will Do
- We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days.
- We will review the relevant systems, records and supplier/customer communications.
- We will respond without undue delay with the outcome or the next practical step.
- Where appropriate, we will correct data, restrict processing, delete data, explain why we must retain a record, or update our process.
Escalation
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office. The ICO website is ico.org.uk.
Other Data Rights
You can still use the same email address for access, correction, deletion, objection and portability requests. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
